I spent years in law enforcement, first with in the military, then Phoenix PD and now as a private investigator.

Coffee was always part of the job: late nights, early mornings, stakeouts.

But over time, my obsession with quality coffee grew. I wanted better coffee—and not just for me.

That passion became Zona Coffee Company: Arizona-inspired, investigator-founded, community-driven.

Building a Coffee Company While Raising Kids

Running a coffee company isn't always glamorous.

Most days look like:

✅ Early gym

✅ Packing orders

✅ Driving kids to school

✅ Roasting beans

✅ Restocking vending machines

✅ Late-night website edits

It's hard work. But when I see customers post photos of their Zona mugs, it reminds me why I do this.
